This is primarily a digital product, emailed in either plain text format, or available via .jpg or .pdf format. Unless otherwise specified, it will be emailed to the address given at time of purchase. If an alternative address is requested as the recipent, the purchasing email address will be bcc'd to confirm issue.
It can, however be requested as a print. In this case, the price will includes second class postage within the UK only.
We currently only ship physical products to the UK as standard. Please contact us at highcroftwriting@outlook.com if you are outside the UK and wish to arrange to purchase a physical item. Purchases of any digital items can be made from outside the UK.
The majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, this can be longer in our busy sale periods and for personalised items. Please see below for expected time frames and delivery costs. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to the courier so you can stay updated. Please be aware that in busy sale periods, next day delivery may not be available as a shipping option.
